Privacy policy

This privacy policy describes how Paul-Antoine Tual and the SAS Croissance et Transitions (hereinafter “we”) collect, use and protect the personal data of visitors to and users of the site paulantoinetual.fr.

1. Data controller

2. Data collected

We collect data in three cases:

  • White paper request: first name, surname, professional email, company, role. The data is transmitted directly by your email client via a mailto: link. No data is stored by the site itself.
  • Getting in touch: any element you send us by email via the address contact@paulantoinetual.fr.
  • Audience measurement: in due course, the site may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool (Plausible, without cookies, requiring no banner). No identifying personal data is collected by that tool.

3. Purposes

  • To send you the white paper requested.
  • To respond to your requests for information and appointments.
  • To measure site traffic in aggregated and anonymised form.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (white paper request) and on the performance of pre-contractual measures (responding to your contact or quotation requests), in accordance with Articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

5. Retention period

  • Commercial prospecting data: 3 years from your last contact.
  • Email exchanges: kept for as long as necessary to manage the relationship, then archived.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your data:

  • Right of access, rectification and erasure
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to processing
  • Right to withdraw your consent at any time
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French supervisory authority)

To exercise your rights, write to contact@paulantoinetual.fr. A response will be provided within a maximum of 30 days.

7. Data recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for Paul-Antoine Tual and the SAS Croissance et Transitions. No data is resold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

The only processor involved with the site's data is the host OVH SAS (Roubaix, France), for making the site available and retaining technical logs. No personal data is transferred outside the European Union in the current operation of the site. Should a third-party service located outside the EU need to be used in future (e.g. a newsletter tool, an external contact form), you would be informed beforehand and could object in accordance with Article 13.1.c of the GDPR.

8. Cookies

The site does not use audience-measurement cookies that require prior consent. No third-party cookie is placed. If audience measurement is added in future, it will be carried out with a cookieless tool (Plausible Analytics) and in accordance with the CNIL's recommendations.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS (TLS 1.3 encryption, Let's Encrypt certificates). The host OVH applies the ISO/IEC 27001 and 27701 standards. Emails exchanged are protected by the standard mechanisms (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical developments. The date of the last update appears below.
